About

Currently employed as an assistant audio engineer in the heart of Collingwood, Emmett Jenkins produces podcasts for a wide variety of professional clients.

In the studio, his proficiency in podcast recording sees him routing audio and visual feeds, controlling lighting, designing sets, calibrating cameras and configuring DAW/Video mixing software to maintain high-quality recordings during live mixes.
In the cutting room, he uses his expertise in editing software to perform multicam switching and cutting to ensure clarity and flow within podcasts, before mixing and mastering to meet streaming platforms’ loudness standards.
For clients wanting the whole package, Emmett also provides content creation as a service, creating social media-ready clips to post on platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

Outside of the podcasting studio, Emmett has completed a bachelor’s degree in Audio Engineering at Collarts. Achieving high distinctions in his final recording studio, post-production and audio theory units, he has expertise in working with various digital audio workstations and editing suites, producing professional-level work seen in his ‘Theatre Room’ EP and his post-production showreel, both of which can be viewed in the ‘Music & Post-production’ section of this website.
